Care & Cleaning

Please note; Unfortunately if the product is damaged it cannot be returned. Possible forms of damage include but are not limited to the following.

Crystal/mineral jewellery is precious & can become a treasured piece with great sentimental value. Longevity can be achieved if your piece is cared for properly. Our jewellery is made from high grade materials & crystals/minerals, they require appropriate care & use.

All crystals/minerals must be considered delicate, as all gemstones, crystals & minerals can chip if applied with enough force. Take care to protect your jewellery from impact against hard surfaces & avoid contact with abrasive surfaces. As crystals/minerals can scratch other crystals/minerals & wear away at precious metals we recommend not stacking pieces that would be vulnerable to such abrasion, both in use & in storage.

Dust, pollution or daily wear all affect the brilliance of crystals/minerals & dull the surface of precious metals such as Gold, Platinum & Silver. Take care not to bend, snag or crush the setting as this damage can result in lost crystals/minerals. Any jewellery setting made of Gold, Platinum & Silver is relatively soft & can easily be damaged, deformed or scratched if care is not taken.

Please do not allow the product to remain wet or be continually immersed in water. All pieces must be remove when showering, bathing or swimming.

Do not under any circumstances expose the product to chemicals of any type including oils, household cleaning products, perfumes, cosmetics & lotions. Exposure could damage the jewellery by discolouring it, causing irreversible damage to the stone or cause any adhesive used in the jewellery to fail. This may result in the crystal/mineral in the jewellery separating from the jewellery setting. Do not subject jewellery to extreme temperatures, ultrasonic ionic cleaning or any device which oscillates as it may shake the crystals loose.

Take care of your jewellery as crystals/minerals can be very difficult to replace if they are lost or damaged.

We recommend cleaning your jewellery with a dedicated silver polishing cloth only. Certain basic precautions should be taken with all jewellery. However, some gemstones will require special care.
